Zoës kitchen shrimp and pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 450g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 large lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 zucchini, sliced and quartered
- 1 pint zoës pasta salad
Instructions:
- Warm up some olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Put in the shrimp, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, and lemon peel and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
- Throw in the zucchini and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and plump.
- Mix in 1 pint of Zoë's Pasta Salad and heat it up.
