Zoës kitchen shrimp and pasta

Indulge in a flavorful fusion of succulent shrimp and al dente pasta, tossed in zesty herbs and spices, creating a tantalizing culinary experience.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 450g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 large lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 zucchini, sliced and quartered
  • 1 pint zoës pasta salad

Instructions:

  1. Warm up some olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Put in the shrimp, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, and lemon peel and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Throw in the zucchini and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and plump.
  3. Mix in 1 pint of Zoë's Pasta Salad and heat it up.
