Yoghurt with toasted buckwheat, mint, berry + pomegranate salad

Indulge in a delightful yoghurt salad featuring toasted buckwheat, fresh mint, juicy berries, and tangy pomegranate. A burst of flavors in every bite!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 handful Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Buckwheat Kernels
  • 1/4 cup Pistachio Nuts
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the diced strawberries, chopped mint, buckwheat, pistachios, pomegranate seeds, and fresh lemon juice in a small bowl. Stir lightly.
