White bean salad with tuna and red onion

Ingredients:

  • 1 can white beans (230g)
  • 1 can tuna in vegetable oil (230g)
  • 1 big red onion
  • 170g of cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine the beans with the thinly sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped parsley, and oil-drained tuna in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly and plate. Bon appétit!
