Wedge salad with green goddess vinaigrette

Ingredients:
- 1/4-cup olive oil
- 1 Hass avocado, diced just before cooking
- 2 Tbs. sherry vinegar
- 1/4-cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4-cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into wedges
- 2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
- Fleur de Sel, optional
Instructions:
- Blend avocado, oil, sherry vinegar, cilantro, and parsley in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper. Place iceberg lettuce and tomato wedges on a serving dish. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and tomatoes. Optionally, add a pinch of Fleur de Sel before serving.
