Watermelon and tomato salad with spicy feta sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 large jalapeño
- 170g feta cheese
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Twelve 1/2-inch-thick wedges of seedless watermelon, rind removed
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped basil
Instructions:
- Grill the jalapeño directly over an open flame or in the oven until it becomes charred on all sides. Place it in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Remove the skin, stem, and seeds from the jalapeño, then put it in a blender. Mix in the feta, hot water, and 1/4 cup of the olive oil until the mixture is very smooth. Transfer it to a bowl, and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the watermelon and tomatoes on a large serving dish, sprinkle basil on top, and drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, and serve with the feta dressing.
