Watermelon and arugula salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small red onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup crumbled feta
  • 1/2 cup toasted sunflower seeds
  • 6 tablespoon prepared balsamic dressing
  • 5 cup lightly packed baby arugula
  • cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the watermelon, onion, feta, and sunflower seeds in a big bowl. Pour the dressing over the mixture and mix well. Add the arugula and mix again. Season with pepper as desired, and then it's ready to be served.
