Ingredients:
- 150 grams Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 Shallot
- 1/2 Lemon
- 2 tablespoons Sherry Vinegar

- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 250 grams Halloumi
- 70 grams Asparagus
- 1 Cooked Beetroot
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 Lettuce Head

- To begin, let's start by creating the dressing in advance to allow enough time for marination. Finely chop cherry tomatoes, chili pepper, shallot, and parsley. Combine all the finely chopped ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, add sherry vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and set aside to infuse while you prepare the salad.
