Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
- 1 carrot, peeled and shredded
- 1 green apple, peeled and shredded

- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seed oil
- 1/2 Boston lettuce
Instructions:
- For preparing the garbanzo beans, let the dried chickpeas soak in cold water overnight. After that, discard the water and transfer the beans to a saucepan. Add an ample amount of cold water to cover the beans. Boil them over high heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Once done, drain the beans.
