Vinaigrette coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • ¼ teaspoon ground white or black pepper
  • 1 (450g) package shredded shredded cabbage with carrot (coleslaw mix) (5 cups)

Instructions:

  1. For the dressing: Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a jar with a lid. Shake well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. When ready to serve, put shredded cabbage in a big bowl. Shake the dressing again, pour it over the cabbage, and lightly mix to cover.
