Very berry fruit salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and cut in half
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon good balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Fresh mint, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Chill 6 glasses in the fridge.
  2. Mix the berries, vinegar, and sugar in a big bowl. Stir softly. Cover tightly with cling film and store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Transfer the berries into the cooled glasses. Decorate with a fresh mint leaf.
