Vegetable vinaigrette pasta salad

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup diced raw carrot
- 1/2 cup sliced raw zucchini
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar

Instructions:
