Tuna salad

Delicious and refreshing tuna salad packed with flavorful ingredients such as crunchy vegetables, tangy dressing, and protein-rich tuna. Perfect for a light and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 6-ounce can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish (dill or sweet)
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, peeled and finely chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • kosher salt and black pepper
  • 8 slices white bread

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the tuna, relish, and optional egg in a small bowl.
  2. Include the mayonnaise and parsley and mix well. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper for seasoning.
  3. Distribute the salad onto 4 pieces of bread, then top each with another slice of bread to make a sandwich. Cut the sandwiches in half before serving.
