Tuna macaroni salad

Delicious tuna macaroni salad recipe that combines al dente pasta, flaky tuna, crisp veggies, and a creamy dressing for a delightful taste explosion.

Ingredients:

  • 230g whole-wheat elbow macaroni
  • 2 (6.7-ounce) jars tuna fillets packed in water, drained
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • ½ cup thinly sliced scallions, plus more for garnish
  • ½ cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions:

  1. Prepare pasta following the instructions on the package, without adding salt. Once cooked, drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water until it cools down. Then, place it in a spacious bowl.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, tear the tuna into medium-sized pieces.
