Tomato-red onion salad

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cups watercress
- 2 tomatoes, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
