Tomato-&-avocado cheese sandwich

Ingredients:
- 2 slices whole-wheat bread
- ¼ avocado, mashed
- 3 slices tomato
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mixed salad greens or baby spinach
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 medium ripe pear
Instructions:
- Place the bread on a flat surface. Apply avocado on one piece of bread. Add tomatoes and sprinkle cheese. Put both slices in a toaster oven and toast until the slice without toppings is crunchy and the cheese begins to melt, usually around 4 to 6 minutes.
- Using a spatula, take out the toast from the toaster oven. Pile greens or spinach on the melted cheese side. Sprinkle with vinegar and place the second slice of toast on top. Optionally, cut the sandwich in half and enjoy it with a side of pear.
