Tomato and watermelon salad

Ingredients:
- 450g red watermelon, rind removed and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
- 450g yellow watermelon, rind removed and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks
- 4 heirloom tomatoes, halved
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon small, whole basil leaves
- 110g mild goat cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped, unsalted cashews
Instructions:
- Separate the watermelon chunks and tomatoes onto individual salad plates. Pour olive oil and vinegar on each plate. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with basil, goat cheese, and cashews right before serving.
