Tomato and watermelon salad

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 beefsteak or other large tomatoes
- 1 to 2 teaspoons superfine or granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 4 strawberries, hulled and cut into small pieces
- 1 cup cubed cold watermelon
Instructions:
- Combine the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl. Check the taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Put it aside.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the beefsteak tomatoes. Place them in a single layer; season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of sugar. Move them to a bowl and pour half of the prepared dressing over them. Add the tarragon and strawberries; mix them together.
- Distribute the tomato mixture onto plates. Drizzle with additional dressing and place the watermelon on top. Serve promptly.
