Tomato and peach pasta salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked pasta, any type
- 2 peaches, very ripe, sliced
- 2-3 tomatoes, sliced
- 110g salami, sliced thin and halved
- 60g fresh mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 60g balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil and sea salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Mix together all the ingredients in a big bowl, leaving out the mustard, vinegar, olive oil, and salt.
- Blend the mustard and vinegar in a tiny bowl.
- Drizzle the mustard and vinegar dressing over the salad, mix well to cover everything.
- Finish by drizzling some olive oil and adding a sprinkle of sea salt on top.
