Tomato and peach pasta salad

Enjoy a delightful Tomato and Peach Pasta Salad bursting with refreshing flavors of ripe tomatoes and juicy peaches. Perfect for a summer feast!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked pasta, any type
  • 2 peaches, very ripe, sliced
  • 2-3 tomatoes, sliced
  • 110g salami, sliced thin and halved
  • 60g fresh mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 60g balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil and sea salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a big bowl, leaving out the mustard, vinegar, olive oil, and salt.
  2. Blend the mustard and vinegar in a tiny bowl.
  3. Drizzle the mustard and vinegar dressing over the salad, mix well to cover everything.
  4. Finish by drizzling some olive oil and adding a sprinkle of sea salt on top.
