Toasted pita & bean salad

Ingredients:
- 1 6 1/2- inch whole-wheat pita bread
- 4 tablespoons hummus
- ½ cup mixed salad greens
- ½ cup Sheet-Pan Roasted Root Vegetables, roughly chopped (see associated recipe)
- 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
- Halve the pita bread. Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus inside each of the pita pockets.
- Fill each pita pocket with leafy greens, veggies that have been roasted, and crumbled feta cheese.
