Tiger salad

Ingredients:

  • teaspoons toasted sesame oil

  • celery stalks, thinly sliced on a diagonal
  • small cucumbers or 1/2 large, thinly sliced
  • scallions, thinly sliced on a diagonal
  • Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
  • 6 servings

Instructions:
