Three bean salad
Wholesome Three Bean Salad, bursting with flavor from a mix of tender beans, zesty dressing, and aromatic herbs. A delightful dish perfect for picnics or BBQs.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup salad oil (we like a light olive oil)
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup green pepper cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion
- 1/2 cup pimentos
- 430g red kidney beans (1 can)
- 430g cut wax beans (1 can)
- 430g French style green beans (1 can)
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Allow it to rest for one hour before serving.
