The ultimate cobb salad

Ingredients:
- 3 3 eggland's best hard cooked and peeled eggs
- 6 cup romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 vidalia onion
- 1 medium-size tomato
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 450g boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
- Fry turkey bacon slices in a hot pan or microwave until they become crispy. Then, absorb excess oil by using a paper towel. Once they cool down, cut them into small pieces and keep them aside.
- Cook 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast either on the stove over medium heat using a lightly greased pan or bake it in an oven at 180 °Cuntil fully cooked (typically 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken breast). Once cooled, slice the chicken into thin pieces.
- Slice 3 of Eggland's Best Hard Boiled and Peeled eggs thinly.
- Prepare the vegetables: Dice the romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, and Vidalia onion; remove the seeds from the tomatoes before slicing them; thinly slice the green pepper, and slice the avocado. Keep all the prepared vegetables aside.
