The original cobb salad

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and finely diced
- 30g iceberg lettuce, washed and chopped
- 30g romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
- 60g tomato, washed and chopped
- 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
- 60g bacon, cooked and finely chopped
- 60g hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
- 60g grated Roquefort cheese
- Original Cobb Salad Dressing to taste (recipe to follow)
- 2 egg yolks*
- 2 cups olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Put the greens in a bowl. Organize the rest of the ingredients in a visually pleasing way on top of the greens. Drizzle the dressing when you are ready to serve.Beat the eggs vigorously until the yolks change color to pale yellow. Gradually mix in the oil to create a smooth mixture. Include the rest of the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
