The best quinoa salad ever

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoons Basil, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon Mint, roughly chopped
- 1 Apple, cored, diced
- 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 Jalapeno, grated (remove seeds and rind if you don't like heat!)
- 2 Lemons, juiced
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons Agave nectar
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Cook quinoa following the instructions on the package. After it's done, mix in butter and blend until it melts.
- In a big bowl, mix together all the other ingredients up to the jalapeno pepper.
- Combine the cooked quinoa and vinaigrette with the herb mixture in the large bowl. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Can be served cold or hot.
