  • 1/2 cup finely chopped apple (like Gala or Pink Lady)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely diced white onion

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro, for garnish
