Thai turkey

Ingredients:

  • Leftover turkey meat, coarsely shredded
  • 2 pieces green onions, sliced
  • 1 small red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon corn starch
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salad oil
  • 1/3 cup water

Instructions:

  1. 1. Combine minced garlic, soya sauce, chopped cilantro, honey, curry powder, sesame oil, cornstarch, crushed red pepper, and water in a small bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  2. 2. Heat salad oil in a 10-inch skillet over high heat.
  3. 3. Sauté green onions and bell peppers, stirring constantly, until they are soft and lightly browned.
  4. 4. Add the sauce mixture and ground turkey to the pan, and cook while stirring to ensure the turkey is coated and heated through.
  5. 5. Plate the dish overcooked rice and sprinkle with chopped cilantro for garnish.
