Ingredients:
- Leftover turkey meat, coarsely shredded
- 2 pieces green onions, sliced

- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon corn starch
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salad oil
- 1/3 cup water
Instructions:
- 1. Combine minced garlic, soya sauce, chopped cilantro, honey, curry powder, sesame oil, cornstarch, crushed red pepper, and water in a small bowl until thoroughly mixed.
- 2. Heat salad oil in a 10-inch skillet over high heat.
- 3. Sauté green onions and bell peppers, stirring constantly, until they are soft and lightly browned.
- 4. Add the sauce mixture and ground turkey to the pan, and cook while stirring to ensure the turkey is coated and heated through.
- 5. Plate the dish overcooked rice and sprinkle with chopped cilantro for garnish.
