Sweet & sour kohlrabi salad

  • 2 medium or 1 large kohlrabi
  • 1 cup thinly sliced spring onions or scallions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the kohlrabi by removing the greens and peeling off the thick skin.
