Sweet and sour cucumber salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions:
- Place sliced cucumbers in between paper towels to soak up extra liquid and put in the fridge.
