Summertime pinenapa salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Napa cabbage, julienned
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, cut into spears and then thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
