Summer tomato and onion salad

- 3 Beefsteak, Beefmaster or Big Boy tomatoes
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese
- 15 kalamata olives
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
