Summer salad

Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, roughly torn
- 1/4 cup goat cheese
- 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup raw honey

- olive oil
Instructions:
- Cut zucchini into rounds that are about 1/4-1/2 inch thick, then cook on the grill with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- As the zucchini is resting, prepare the balsamic glaze by gently heating vinegar and honey until it thickens by half. Allow the glaze to cool down before adding to the dish.
