Summer corn and tomato salad

Ingredients:
- 20 ears of corn
- 6 fresh ripe tomatoes
- oil, salt, pepper, good quality paprika
Instructions:
- Heat up a charcoal grill until it reaches high heat. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil and add a generous amount of salt.
- Halve all the corn cobs to make it easier to extract the kernels.
- Boil the corn in the salted water until it turns bright yellow, then drain and let it dry in the air for a few minutes.
- Char-grill all sides of the corn lightly for a mix of slightly charred and uncharred kernels.
- Dice the tomatoes and place them in a large bowl.
- Take the corn off the grill, remove the kernels from the cobs.
- Combine the corn kernels with salt, pepper, and roughly a tablespoon of paprika in the bowl with the tomatoes. Drizzle olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
