Strawberry congealed salad

Indulge in the refreshing blend of strawberries in this congealed salad. Perfect for a light and flavorful dish with a touch of sweet and tangy flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 1-6oz packages strawberry jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2-10oz packages frozen sliced strawberries thawed
  • 1-20oz cans pineapple, crushed drained
  • 3 bananas mashed
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1-8oz packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Take a large bowl and mix the gelatin in boiling water until it's completely dissolved. Stir in strawberries, pineapples, bananas, and nuts. Pour half of the mixture into a 13x9-inch pan and refrigerate until it sets. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together, then spread it over the set jelly layer. Carefully spoon the rest of the jelly on top and refrigerate until it's chilled.
