Stone fruit caprese salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 heirloom tomatoes
  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and de-stemmed
  • 1 cup baby mozzarella balls
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic reduction
  • 1 bunch fresh basil

Instructions:
