Sprout salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sprouted green moong dal, boiled
  • 1/2 medium sized apple, finely chopped
  • 1 large carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the vegetables and apple in a spacious salad bowl. Drizzle lemon juice over the mixture and chill in the refrigerator until thoroughly cold.
  2. Just before serving, add salt and pepper to taste.
