Spring picnic pea salad

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cream
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups shelled fresh peas

- 3 hard boiled eggs

Instructions:
