Spicy shaved cucumber salad with avocado and shrimp

  • 1/4 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 large English cucumber, shaved
  • 1 cup medium shrimp, cooked
  • 1 large avocado, cubed
  • Dash ground black pepper
  • Dash Kosher salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine lime juice, green onion, cayenne pepper, chili paste, turmeric, and sriracha in a medium bowl.
  2. Remove the skin from a large English cucumber.
