Spicy sesame tuna salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil 
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice 
  • 1 tablespoon chili-garlic paste 
  • 1 tablespoon toasted black sesame seeds 
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 
  • Four 5-ounce cans tuna in water (no salt added), drained 
  • 1/2 bunch green onion, greens sliced 
  • Kosher salt 

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the mayonnaise, sesame oil, fresh lime juice, chili garlic paste, black sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes in a spacious bowl. Gently stir in the tuna and chopped green onions, then add salt to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for one hour prior to serving.
