Spaghetti pasta salad with avocado-basil dressing

Ingredients:
- ½ cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
- ½ cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, plus more for serving
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 small ripe avocados
- 5 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes (about 6 oz)
- ⅓ cup chopped and toasted almonds
Instructions:
- Mix together yogurt, ½ cup of water, basil, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and avocados in a blender. Blend until creamy and set aside.
- After cooking the pasta, rinse it under cold water to prevent sticking. Transfer to a large bowl and mix with the dressing until evenly coated.
