Smokey orange and avocado salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado (not over ripe)
  • 1 Orange
  • 1/2 Sweet Vadalia Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 Lime

Instructions:

  1. Cut the orange into segments and then into chunks.
  2. Chop the avocado and half an onion into small pieces. (I prefer bigger pieces).
  3. Combine the chopped orange, avocado, and onion with the olive oil and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper as needed, and generously sprinkle with the smoked paprika.
