Smoked salmon salad

Try this delicious smoked salmon salad recipe for an explosion of flavors. Fresh greens, succulent salmon, and zesty dressing create a gourmet experience.

Ingredients:

  • 80 grams smoked salmon
  • 4 pieces slices cucumber
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 piece carrot
  • 1 piece beetroot
  • 100 grams baby red leaf, spinach, rocket, red chard
  • 8 pieces physalis

Instructions:

  1. Shred the carrot.
  2. Use a potato peeler to cut the cucumber lengthwise.
