Smoked salmon and cream cheese frittata

Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt

- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 60g cream cheese, softened
- 60g smoked salmon, chopped
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions:
- Place a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat it to 190 °C.Combine the whisked eggs, milk, dill, salt, pepper, and chives in a bowl. Break the cream cheese into small pieces using two spoons or your hands. Gently mix the cream cheese and salmon into the egg mixture.Warm the oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and gently stir to ensure the fillings are evenly distributed in the pan. Cook until the bottom sets, approximately 2 minutes. Move the skillet to the oven and bake until the top sets, for about 8 minutes. Take it out from the oven, cover it, and let it rest for 5 minutes.Carefully flip the frittata onto a large plate. Slice it into wedges and serve either warm or at room temperature.
