Six bean salad with gluten free pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 cup 6 bean mix
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomato, chopped
- 3 tablespoons green onion chopped
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, chopped (different colors)
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup green olives, sliced
- 1 cup gluten free shell pasta
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
Instructions:
- Remove the liquid from the canned beans and transfer them to a bowl designated for the salad preparation. Rinse, pat dry, and roughly dice the vegetables.Cook the gluten-free pasta following the instructions on the package. Heat the corn in the microwave for 2 minutes, then remove, stir, return to the microwave, and continue heating until cooked through. Remove and set aside.Combine all the cooked ingredients into the bowl with the beans. Add the specified spices. Gently toss to combine.To make the dressing, place all the dressing components in a small jar. Seal the lid tightly, and shake well to mix. Just before serving, drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss once more.
