Simplest caesar salad

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan, plus more for garnishing
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced
- 2 green onions, roughly chopped
- 1 bunch fresh chives, roughly chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 head romaine lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions:
- Combine parsley leaves, anchovy fillets, Parmesan, lemon juice and zest, green onions, chives, and garlic in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper. Blend the mixture while gradually adding olive oil.
- Detach the food processor lid and power off the machine. Swap the blade in the processor with the shredder blade, reattach the lid, and turn the machine on. Shred the lettuce leaves one by one over the dressing.
- Transfer the shredded lettuce and dressing into a spacious bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top for garnish.
