Shrimp caesar pasta salad

Ingredients:
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon finely grated garlic
- 230g dried penne
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 230g peeled, deveined medium shrimp
- 1 1/2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 medium vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped
Instructions:
- Boil a generous amount of water with salt in a large pot.
- Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and a dash of pepper by whisking them in a spacious bowl.
- Cook the pasta in the boiling water following the directions on the package. Drain and rinse the pasta with cold water to cool it down. Then, move it to a large bowl and add the prepared dressing.
- In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Put in the shrimp, along with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and a sprinkle of pepper. Stir occasionally and cook until the shrimp turns pink and is just cooked through, approximately 3 minutes. Place the cooked shrimp on a plate and let it cool down.
- Combine the cooked shrimp with romaine lettuce, celery, and tomatoes in the bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. For the best taste, serve the pasta salad immediately.
