Shaved asparagus salad

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 teaspoon olive oil
- zest of 1/4 lemon, sliced thinly
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 2 tablespoon toasted sliced almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Peel the asparagus with a vegetable peeler, starting from the bottom of the stalk towards the top. Transfer to a spacious bowl. Mix in the lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Keep to the side.
