Shallot balsamic salad dressing

  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 dashes worcestershire
  • 1/2 large shallot
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon stone ground mustard
  • salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl.
  2. Finely chop the shallot and press it with the blade of a knife. Add the shallot, including any liquid, to the bowl with parsley and mustard.
  3. Lightly stir all the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow it to rest at room temperature for a minimum of 15 minutes to enhance the flavors.
