Sesame-garlic spinach salad

Indulge in the bold flavors of sesame and garlic with this vibrant spinach salad. The perfect balance of savory and tangy notes in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium tamari or soy sauce (see Tip)
  • 140g spinach
  • 1 cup shredded carrot (2 medium)
  • 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • ½ cup thinly sliced scallions
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Warm oil in a medium frying pan over medium-low heat. Put in minced garlic and sauté, stirring occasionally, until it gives off a nice smell, for roughly 2 minutes. Blend in rice vinegar and tamari (or soy sauce). Shift the heated dressing to a big bowl and mix in spinach, carrot, radishes, scallions, and sesame seeds. Stir well to mix everything together.
