Seeds for salads

Discover a vibrant mix of fresh greens, crunchy vegetables, and roasted seeds that come together in a delightful symphony of flavors and textures.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Slivered almonds toasted
  • 3/4 cup Sunflower seeds toasted
  • 3/4 cup Pumpkin seeds roasted
  • 1/2 cup White Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup Black Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Wheat Germ
  • 1 pinch dry Chilli flakes, cut up very small
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Lightly toast all the components, excluding the Chilli flakes and salt.
  2. Once you have removed the seeds from the oven, sprinkle a bit of salt while they are still warm.
  3. Finely chop a small amount of dry Chilli flakes. Thoroughly wash your hands after completion.
  4. Once the seeds have cooled down entirely, mix in the Chilli Flakes and transfer to a sealed container.
