Seafood salad stuffed avocado

Delight your taste buds with this scrumptious seafood salad stuffed avocado. A harmonious blend of fresh ingredients for a delightful culinary experience.

Ingredients:

  • 450g Crab and Lobster Meat (you can also use one or the other)
  • 5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Medium Onion, diced
  • 2 Medium Avocado
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 Medium Tomato, chopped
  • 1 Cucumber, skinned and diced
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Combine Crab, Lobster, 4 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise and chopped Onion. Then, enclose the bowl and place it in the refrigerator.
  2. Gently Coat Avocado, Cucumber, and Tomato with 1 tsp of Salt and 1 tsp of Pepper.
  3. Cook Avocado on the grill (with flat side facing down) until it is mildly heated and shows grill marks on the avocado's flesh.
  4. Fill each Avocado half with 1/4 of the Seafood Salad Mix and place them neatly on plates with Diced Cucumber and Tomato.
  5. Beat Lemon juice, Olive Oil, Garlic, the remaining Mayonnaise, remaining Pepper, and the remaining Salt together. Drizzle this mixture over the Stuffed Avocado, Tomato, and Cucumber. Enjoy it cold.
