Seafood salad stuffed avocado
Delight your taste buds with this scrumptious seafood salad stuffed avocado. A harmonious blend of fresh ingredients for a delightful culinary experience.
Ingredients:
- 450g Crab and Lobster Meat (you can also use one or the other)
- 5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Medium Onion, diced
- 2 Medium Avocado
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 Medium Tomato, chopped
- 1 Cucumber, skinned and diced
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Combine Crab, Lobster, 4 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise and chopped Onion. Then, enclose the bowl and place it in the refrigerator.
- Gently Coat Avocado, Cucumber, and Tomato with 1 tsp of Salt and 1 tsp of Pepper.
- Cook Avocado on the grill (with flat side facing down) until it is mildly heated and shows grill marks on the avocado's flesh.
- Fill each Avocado half with 1/4 of the Seafood Salad Mix and place them neatly on plates with Diced Cucumber and Tomato.
- Beat Lemon juice, Olive Oil, Garlic, the remaining Mayonnaise, remaining Pepper, and the remaining Salt together. Drizzle this mixture over the Stuffed Avocado, Tomato, and Cucumber. Enjoy it cold.
